We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team. Our Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our retail business. This person will lead key account outreach, manage our regional sales team and our distribution partners. Our Sales Manager will focus on high growth distribution points and on managing VPO goals to drive significant growth in the retail channel as we make Sound the leading sparkling beverage brand in the market. .

What you will do:

  • Manage and lead our sales team, brokers and distribution networks in the retail channel
  • Open new key accounts by working with our brokers, distributors and directly with key account buyers
  • Management of existing relationships with accounts and distributors
  • Maintain and develop retail sales forecasts and KPIs
  • Manage in-store presence by developing and implementing a promotional calendar and other trade and store specific tactical programs
  • Develop and execute incentives for our DSD distribution partners
  • Create a sales strategy, materials and promotional plan for retail locations

Terms & Conditions

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sales management within CPG, ideally in a food or beverage company
  • Successful experience in acquiring new grocery accounts, expanding into new markets and improving speed per store
  • Experience in managing field sales teams and working with generalist and DSD distribution networks
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, strong analytical skills, collaboration and personal motivation
