We provide comprehensive services, ranging from compliance and regulatory assistance, administrative services, tax-efficient giving solutions, fundraising advice and representation in international markets.
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior US Entity Services Manager to join our team of experts based around the world.
You will be responsible for certain US Charity Management clients and all Administration Services clients and will report to the Head of US Entity Services based in the UK.
Main responsibilities include:
Ensure all aspects of selected US client entities are managed and handled properly.
Serve as a dedicated “Executive Director” to the appropriate clients – acting as a director of their US entity, representing them in the US, developing relationships with their board and stakeholders and liaising as appropriate, and undertaking such other actions as the Client may require (including, but not limited to, planning and executing events and managing speakers).
Proactively ensure that selected entities are kept up to date with the legal requirements of US entities for 501(c)(3) charities.
Receive and resolve incoming calls and inquiries from selected US Charities Management clients on a range of account-related queries (direct inquiries to specialist staff and/or other departments as appropriate, and respond to all queries not specifically covered by members of the specialized team)
Engage with and manage new US leads referred by the Inquiries department
Help identify and deliver marketing and customer engagement opportunities in the United States (including, but not limited to, items such as webinars, speaking at events, customer forums, etc. )
Be the named U.S. person on the bank and brokerage accounts of any U.S. entity customer, if applicable, interface with bank/broker as needed
Provide in-person meet and greet service in New York for US clients as required (also provide meeting room arrangements if required)
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns; ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure that all external documents are kept up to date
Accurately record all information on Zoho
Send standardized materials when indicated
Stay up to date on the technical aspects of running a nonprofit in the United States, as well as new products, services, and policies from Chapel & York
Work as part of a growing team to pursue our success
Engage with all Chapel & York social media and marketing as needed
Significant fundraising experience and knowledge in the United States (international fundraising experience in the United States beneficial)
Good knowledge of US 501(c)(3) regulatory framework and requirements.
Good knowledge of other common US nonprofit fundraisers such as planned giving, year-end giving, etc.
Interest and engagement with the charitable sector globally
Excellent customer service skills with patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help
Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties at all levels
Ability to work with a variety of clients with varying needs
