SUMMIT – Roderick Logan, Summit resident and affiliate sales associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Morristown, obtained his New Jersey real estate broker’s license following extensive training in real estate.

Logan has five years of experience serving home buyers and sellers, providing extensive local knowledge of Morris, Union and Essex counties. He has won numerous awards for his business success, including the New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award from 2012 to 2015, the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Sales Award, the Five Star Professional Service Award, the Rookie of the Year Award (office de Morristown), and several Associate of the Month awards.

Additionally, Logan has decades of experience in the Short Hills luxury market, having served as Regional Sales Manager for several high-end national retailers.

Logan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Realtors, and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. He is active in the Summit community of his hometown where he has resided for almost 30 years since moving from his birthplace to the Central Park West community of New York City before his family moved to the North Shore of Long Island.
