Real estate agent Suzanne Watkins recently obtained her broker’s license in Mississippi and Tennessee. Watkins, an agent for Crye-Leike Real Estate Services in Olive Branch, had to complete a 30-hour broker management course and pass the Mississippi State and Tennessee State Broker Exams.

A longtime resident of northern Mississippi, Watkins has been in the real estate industry for six years. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she worked in the construction industry for over 15 years, which enabled her to provide expert advice to buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate.

Watkins said having his broker’s license will allow him to provide superior service to communities in northern Mississippi.

“I got my broker license to better serve my clients and provide them with the best real estate service possible,” Watkins said. “I pride myself on providing direct advice to my clients, without an assistant to go through. Most clients genuinely appreciate having someone to deal with who is faithfully by their side throughout the biggest financial decision of their lives.

Watkins is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Northwest Mississippi Association of REALTORS, and the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a Million Dollar Sales Agent for the Northwest Mississippi Association of REALTORS and as a member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club.
