Parkside Realty Group broker and owner Sam Perkovich has announced that team member Tina Escalante has obtained her broker license.

“At Parkside, we now have 81% of our staff who are associate brokers. This means that when you begin your home buying journey, we have the most knowledgeable staff to guide you, ”added Sam.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has nearly fifteen years of experience as a paralegal, much of which was directly related to the real estate industry. The sum of his experiences, personally in buying and selling real estate, and professionally in his professional life, makes it complete and gives him a deep understanding of the process of buying, owning and selling real estate, from the start to finish.

Tina’s passion for real estate began to develop very early in her life. Tina and her husband bought their first home in their early twenties and discovered how life-changing it was to have a place of their own. Over the following decades, they bought and sold numerous properties in Florida and previously in Massachusetts, including residences and investment properties. Tina knows the market, including the neighborhoods, and even a particular street!

Sam Perkovich is the broker and owner of ParkSide Realty Group, which received the award for best real estate company at the Reader’s Choice Awards 2014. ParkSide opened in 2010 and has 15 real estate agents on staff, including a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Each agent has their own area of expertise in the Palm Coast, Flagler Beach and Bunnell area. All are residents of Flagler County, and many have grown up in the area or have lived there for 10 years or more.
