Acts as a subject matter expert in the area of HR systems and cross-functional core processes. Coordinates the implementation of new HR processes/policies.
Collaborate with the on the implementation of the people strategy.
Adhere to our service delivery model by working closely with HR professionals and specialists within our People Advisory, Centers of Excellence and Global Mobility teams.
Build strong relationships with leaders and their teams and be their primary point of contact and sparring partner for all people matters.
Act as the main driver of change with senior management as well as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the local delivery of the annual HR cycle, including annual performance management, compensation, succession planning and development.
Resolve employee relations issues, support and advise leaders on HR issues and policies.
Stay up to date with the local employment law landscape to ensure local compliance.
Act as a talent broker by encouraging the transfer of individuals from one part of the organization to another in order to gain specific development experience.
Work effectively with the entire regional PPO team on the daily delivery of people processes as well as resolving complex cases.
Pull people insights from available real-time reports to identify and address improvement opportunities with leaders and local management.
Provide training and workshops for local management teams and diverse employee populations on different HR topics.
Participate in on-site recruitment as required and coordinate and execute required on-site employee activities i.e. onboarding, training sessions.
