Leveraging artificial intelligence, Chippy is trained to replicate Chipotle’s exact recipe – using corn flour, water and sunflower oil – to cook the fries to perfection, season with a pinch of salt and finish with a splash of fresh lime juice. It was imperative that the technique remained the same so that customers received delicious, mouth-watering crisps every time.
